FOUR is a complex of four high-rise towers in the centre of Frankfurt am Main. The project combines offices, homes, hotels, shops and restaurants. The towers are connected by a shared podium with public passageways and squares, making the site accessible from the surrounding neighbourhoods.
The project
FOUR was developed by Groß & Partner to a design by architectural firm UNS (UNStudio). The project occupies the former Deutsche Bank site in the banking district. The redevelopment gives the previously largely enclosed site a mix of uses and new connections to the city centre. The four towers differ in height and use. The tallest tower reaches 233 metres.
Products supplied
BELPARTS supplied Gampper with more than 2.000 dynamx™ DXN6 flow control valves. The 6-port valves are used in the heating and cooling ceilings.
These 6-port flow control valves (changeover) regulate the water flow and switch between heating and cooling. The dxLink21 app allows flow rates to be set and monitored. Incoming control signals can also be checked, helping coordinate the hydraulic installation and building controls during commissioning.
