Montgomery Parc is the redevelopment of an existing office building in Brussels. The project comprises approximately 24.000 m² of office and coworking space and was refurbished for future occupancy by the European Commission. Energy efficiency, comfort and flexibility are central to the renovated building.
The project
Montgomery Parc was developed by Kolmont and designed by B2Ai Architects. Cordeel was responsible for construction, while Imtech Belgium NV delivered the HVAC and electrical installations. The building is fully electric and uses air-to-water heat pumps for heating and cooling. The ventilation system combines heat recovery with variable airflow, allowing operation to adapt to occupancy levels.
A building management system monitors the performance of the installations. The spaces are divided into zones with independent hydraulic operation and controls. This allows office spaces to be adapted, subdivided or combined in the future.
Products supplied
BELPARTS supplied a range of dynamx™ flow control valves for Imtech Belgium NV. The delivery included more than 1.000 DXN6 6-way flow control valves, alongside DXMB and DXUB flow control valves.
